THE RITUAL

Place the tool in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before use — or hold briefly under cold running water. Starting at the centre of the face, glide outward and upward using light, slow strokes. Focus on the jaw, cheekbones, brow line and under-eye area.

Use on clean, dry skin. 5 minutes each morning is enough.
